SUMMARY

Provide a professional service employee to further the RPM mission to manage the domestic real property portfolio in support of diplomacy and the safety of U.S. citizens abroad.

Contractor shall manage office administration requirements for the organization; coordinating office supply inventory and purchases; obtaining telephone and mobile services and equipment; takes the lead in resolving any administrative problems. Answers calls and requests from internal and external customers; inputs data into the RPM Integrated Real Property Management System (IRPMS); submits request for work authorizations (RWA).

Must tracks progress of submittals with the General Services Administration; coordinates property management to ensure non-expendable property is labeled and accounted for in the Integrated Logistics Management System.

Serve as the primary timekeeper for the office through WebTatel time and attendance system. Additionally, contractor will submit purchase requests for contract services through the automated procurement request system, Ariba; serve as the primary office point of contact for the A/OPR front office; manage the conference, parking pass, motor vehicle, and conference call calendars on behalf of the staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The contractor shall provide the following support services:

• Front desk operation

• Time and Attendance

• Contractor time sheet collection/distribution

• Coordinate maintenance and use of fleet vehicle

• Assist staff on SF-182 and training requests

• Schedule and track use of office parking passes

• McKinney Act Correspondence

• Update of the Integrated Real Property Management System (IRPMS) as needed

• Inventory

• Inventory, monitor, and track copier and printer toners and supplies – provide report to Chief monthly

• Inventory, monitor, and track general supplies – provide report to Chief monthly

• Submit Ariba orders for copier and printer items (purchase card request)

• Submit Ariba orders for general supplies (purchase card request)

• Inventory, monitor, and track all personal property assets in coordination with the Chief

• Complete personal property inventory report annually

• Mobile Device manager Serve as Back up for following duties:

• Coordinate purchase and distribution of mobile devices for RPM staff

• Inventory, monitor, and track usage and devices

• Basic assistance for RPM staff on use of devices

• Weekly Achievement Report submission

• Major Projects Report submission and coordination of updates

• Track taskers and interface with Front Office regarding status

• Editor for RPM documents and correspondence

• Maintain file structure of shared drive

• Assist in development of briefing packages

• Telecom manager

• Inventory, track, and monitor usage of telephone sets

• Review of monthly telephone bill and report discrepancies to Program Analyst

• Submit TSR requests for service and serve as liaison with TWD staff

EDUCATON AND EXPERIENCE

BS or BA in IT is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

TRAVEL

This task order may require travel. All travel will be pre-approved with a request from the Government

Manger, to the employee, to the Contractor Employer to the COR for final approval. Funds must be available before travel commences. All travel will be in accordance with the Federal Travel Regulation.
