The Air Force Civil Engineering Center (AFCEC) is responsible for providing responsive, flexible full-spectrum installation engineering services. AFCEC’s missions include facility investment planning, design and construction, operations support, real property management, energy support, environmental compliance and restoration, and audit assertions, acquisition and program management. The unit conducts its operations at more than 75 locations worldwide.


We are looking for a data analyst with acquisition experience to provide contract acquisition and data management supporting the Air Forces’ MILCON and Facility Sustainment Restoration and Modernization (FSRM) programs.  The candidate selected for this position will perform a broad range of financial and data analyst functions for a variety of design and construction requirements focused on government contract compliance.



  • Management of SharePoint Sites
  • Development of weekly Newsletters using PDF form
  • Data entry and analysis
  • Trend Analysis
  • Interact with government personnel
  • Forecasting potential funding impacts
  • Draft formal memos
  • Validate project data and perform updates in various government systems including but not limited, Tririga and ACES-PM






  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance from an accredited institution
  • 3 years’ experience in data management/analysis
  • 6 years’ related work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree
  • 4 years’ related work experience and an Associate's Degree for a Bachelor's
  • Experience with the Federal Design and Construction Program desired
  • Experience with government automated systems including ACES-PM, Tririga, and FMSuite is desired
  • Experience with SharePoint



  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Basic understanding of Programming Thresholds and Approval Authorities
  • Basic understanding of Operation & Maintenance funding
  • Basic understanding of Contract Acquisition process
  • Knowledge with Microsoft suite, highly proficient in Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of the Upward Obligation Adjustment Process
  • Knowledge in Adobe Acrobat including form development and maintenance
