Supports Cherokee Nation Management & Consulting’s client, the 96th Civil Engineer Group’s (CEG) inputting, updating, and maintaining data in their Enterprise Business Systems including TRIRIGA and BUILDERTM Sustainment Managemet Systems.  Personnel will conduct TRIRIGA and SMS data entry, data analysis, data quality assurance, data quality control, and data integration in support of the 96 CEG mission.  Employees will assist in the preparation of reports, responses to data calls, and presentations.  Personnel will support the 96 CEG through the use of other Air Force developed tools and programs, such as the Visible Asset Sustainment Tool, as required. Employees will work closely with government personnel to provide recommendations and advice on future facility repairs and investments in accordance with Air Force asset management principles.




  • Receive, process, conduct data entry, data analysis, data quality assurance, data quality control, and data integration of Real Property and facility operations data in an Enterprise Business System (EBS)
  • Prepare reports and presentations in support of customer objectives
  • Assist in data analysis to form the bases of recommendations for facility investment strategies
  • Review and analyze EBS data for accuracy
  • Performs record management and archiving duties as needed
  • Provide facility reports, customer service documentation and other supporting documents
  • Interact with 96 CEG personnel, facility managers, customers, and other stakeholders



No supervisory or management authority



High school degree or an associate degree preferred.  Skilled at utilizing TRIRIGA and BUILDER Sustainment Management Systems.



  • Minimum of 5-years’ experience in data entry and management
  • Experience with Air Force Civil Engineer operations is highly desirable
  • Must have basic computer skills and the ability to use word processing programs, spreadsheets and basic e-mail programs
  • Ability to research requests, identifies and trouble shoot possible problems
  • Must have excellent time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must have ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen



  • Employees will operate on-site with the 96th Civil Engineer Group on Eglin AFB, FL
  • Operations are conducted in a climate-controlled office environment.
