We are seeking a Support Analyst to assist in the management and maintenance of the USCG Coast Guard-Logistics Information Management System Surface Technical Information Portal (CG-LIMS STIP).


The Technical Information Management Branch is a part of the Surface Forces Logistics Center’s Engineering Services Division located in Baltimore Maryland and is comprised of two sections: Drawings & Graphics Support Section, (DGSS); and Publication Production & Distribution Section, (PPDS). TIMB was established to support the missions of the SFLC and C4IT Service Center communities through the acquisition, development, maintenance and distribution of current and accurate technical information and data. TIMB is responsible for the Coast Guard-Logistics Information Management System Surface Technical Information Portal database hosting, management and maintenance.



  • Provide support and analysis to SFLC TIMB for the development and sustainment of the CG-LIMS STIP database.
  • Analysis of any CG-LIMS STIP related documentation provided by other Coast Guard activities
  • Provide SME expertise on current CG-LIMS STIP business processes as required.
  • Perform other job related duties as required.



  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred a high school diploma is required
  • SME expertise on current CG-LIMS STIP business processes and development efforts is required.
  • Familiarity with Oracle development products: WebCenter Content; WebCenter Portal and JDeveloper.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products to develop written documents, track requirements and other project specific tasks.
  • Successfully pass a drug screen and background check
