DEPUTY PROGRAM MANAGER WASHINGTON, DC (ID#13502)
**Spanish fluency is mandatory.** 

The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) with support the Program Manager and Executive Leadership by providing leadership in technical, financial and operational disciplines in support of multiple project phase and task orders. The DPM will provide direct oversight and experience into Federal Program management related to transportation, security and infrastructure deployment for both U.S. and International projects. The DPM will manage, work with and coordinate the activities of multiple parties including internal resources, engineering, procurement, project management, subcontractors, vendors and necessary third parties required for the successful execution and delivery of program requirements. The DPM will provide daily direct oversight direct oversight on all program operations, customer communication and financials. The DPM will directly be responsible for coordination, schedule, execution and warranty for all task orders and subsequent projects

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overview see procurement, operations, subcontracting, installation and warranty for up to 10 Task Order continuously.
  • Prepare, oversee and manage design, engineering and installation packages for multiple task orders / projects.
  • Provide detailed project and financial cost controls and analysis
  • Responsible for project CDRL(s) including all weekly, month and annual reporting requirements.
  • Responsible for the continuously management of Work in Progress (WIP) across multiple teams and resources.
  • Responsible for overall program and project / task specific budgets and financial performance.
  • Prepare, oversea and manage multiple project schedules with resources, contingencies and milestones.
  • Responsible for the daily management and execution of both internal and field operations.
  • Support delivery order capture including cost estimating, notional scheduling, and technical response

SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY

This position will have supervisory authority.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Federal Program management of construction, infrastructure or security related projects.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in management of construction, infrastructure or security related projects within airports or transportation facilities.
  • Demonstrated and verifiable experience successfully managing installation of infrastructure and security at airports, transportation or federal facilities.
  • Demonstrated and verifiable experience successfully managing federal contract compliance including FAR regulations.
  • Demonstrated and verifiable experience successfully managing federal projects in excess of $50M
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word

  • High attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Level 2/3 Spanish

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Telecommuting acceptable. Domestic and International Travel required up to 50%.
