CNSP is seeking DOMEX Integrator Support to help the efforts at SOUTHCOM J2Xin Soto Canto, Honduras in support of U.S. SOUTHCOM J2X Operations and Activities. SOUTHCOM plans, manages, and executes a myriad of operations during peacetime, crisis, and war in the Central and South America Theater of operations.

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Identity Intelligence Operations support to Command, Component, Task Force and mission critical interagency partners in response to the SOUTHCOM Commander’s Priorities
  • Assist the Government with synchronizing biometric, forensic and document and media (DOMEX) collections, exploitation and analysis
  • Experience serving in a senior level command (interagency HQ, Joint Staff, or COCOM / equivalent command)
  • Conduct forensic examination of High Priority Digital Media to include:
    • Full-scope forensic examinations
    • Tier 1 analysis
    • Tier 1 triage in response to given requirements
    • Proper cataloguing, storage, and transmission of exploited media
    • Generation of reporting on exploited media based on a provided template and standard.
  • Date obfuscation and steganography detection and analysis
  • Large data set analysis and Target language keyword search
  • Sector-level entity extraction
  • Metadata extraction and analysis
  • Generate professional technical exploitation reports for dissemination to a myriad of customers, based on provided requirements
  • Provide SME-level technical support for partners, internal customers and deployed platforms
  • Provide expert multi-functional exploitation expertise as required
  • Provide technical support to field collection and other operational partner elements
  • Assist asset validation & credibility assessments by providing baseline assessments of digital media and cellular telephones

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated technical exploitation experience and skills such as computer forensics, DOMEX—Subject to validation before offer extended
  • Experience designing, implementing and documenting computer forensics services to include evidence seizure, computer forensic analysis and data recovery
  • Experience conveying technical information effectively and concisely to a wide range of audiences
  • Experience in hardware configuration and network/data communications
  • Experience in intelligence analysis and writing intelligence reporting

 

SUPERVISOR/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY

None required

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with six (6) years of experience supporting the forensic and biometric community to include working for Intelligence Community (IC) and Law Enforcement (LE) agencies such as NMEC, the FBI-TEDAC, USACID, USACIL, DOD, or other organizations.
  • Inner Agency (IA) combined with (IC) CIA, DIA,
  • DOD relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • 2 years’ experience serving in a Command, Component, Task Force operational or tactical unit
  • 4 years’ experience serving as a DOMEX Integrator in a Command, Component, Task Force operational or tactical unit with in increasingly responsible positions in one or more military, academic or defense industry functional areas
  • Interpersonal skills to serve as a part of a forward deployed team
  • Writing, coordinating and publishing reports and assessments related to joint capability at the executive level
  • Knowledge and skills using Windows based desktop computers and MS Professional Suite of applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Sharepoint
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must have a valid US passport with no less than six-month remaining
  • Must be willing and medically/physically able to deploy OCONUS
  • Must be willing and able to work irregular hours
  • Must be willing and able to work in a predominately military environment
  • Active TS clearance with SCI Eligibility is required
