Provides eRecords SME services in support of the USDOJ Civil Division Records Management program.



Includes the following:

  • provides expert services and leadership in specialized substantive areas;


  • provides support to any phase of System Life Cycle Support as task requirements dictate;


  • provides advice and assistance in eRecords solutions involving hardware of various capacities, multiple operating environments, database management systems specialized software, data communications facilities and protocols including Value Added Networks, fourth generation technologies, and complex software tools or packagesf;


  • provides expertise for analyses and studies, enhances or implements system records solutions;


  • provides expertise for test and acceptance phases;


  • coordinates with management and other personnel to ensure that problems have been properly defined and that the recommended solution is implemented;



  • may be required to oversee work of other project personnel who must prepare or modify systems to implement the recommended information governance solution



  • Requires 7 years experience (5 years specialized) concerning eRecords and information governance.



  • demonstrated ability to analyze complex projects involving diverse operations at multiple sites;


  • Subject Matter Expertise regarding government records management procedures and full-lifecycle eRecords implementations



This position is performed in a climate controlled office setting.  Some travel may be required.
