CNMC is currently looking for a dedicated for an clerical & administrative support person with a high level of administrative experience in a Federal office, to help support the efforts at NPS DSC.

The National Park Service (NPS) of the Department of the Interior (DOI), our client, preserves unimpaired the natural and cultural resources and values of the National Park System for the enjoyment, education, and inspiration of this and future generations.  The Denver Service Center is led by this NPS mission. 

As the central planning, design, and construction management office for the National Park Service (NPS), the Denver Service Center (DSC) provides start-to-finish project management and delivery.



  • Serve as division timekeeper.
  • Enter, maintain and edit employees’ time and attendance records in the automated payroll system. 
  • Ensure account numbers are accurate.
  • Transfer files to and from the DSC office to the NPS’s off-site storage facility using private transportation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for Divisional staff.
  • Ensure arrangements meet all travel needs.
  • Provide detailed itinerary and obtain required approvals and prepare travel authorizations and vouchers in accordance with standards, guidelines, and policies.
  • Examine vouchers for accuracy and routes for approval and establish and maintain travel files
  • Serve as division office receptionist, receive, and directs all telephone and in-person inquiries.
  • Address non-technical questions and maintain professional demeanor in all communications.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the Division Chief.
  • Coordinate and schedule Divisional meetings and presentations.
  • Maintain and update equipment inventory with approval from the Division Chief as required.
  • All performance requirements are time-sensitive and complete all work within required timelines and meets deadlines. 
  • Perform other job related duties as required.


  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Fifteen  (15) years’ experience in administrative support required
  • At least  five (5) years required providing administrative support in a Federal office,  preferably within a bureau of the Department of Interior
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and other databases
  • Excellent communication skills; both oral and written
  • Proficient in data entry and with Concur travel
  • Have an excellent customer service attitude
  • The ability to pass a federal background check and drug screen
