The Warfighter Support Office (WSO) under the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Associate Director for Capabilities (ADC) Chief Information Office–Technology (CIOT) key Component is responsible for the development, implementation, and extension of today’s evolving National System for Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) (NSG) architecture. The WSO is additionally responsible for rapid advancement and integration of analytic tools and other

capabilities in support of urgent user requirements.

 

The WSO leverages existing GEOINT program capabilities to the maximum extent; and, where capabilities do not exist or are insufficient to meet mission requirements, leads efforts to acquire and deliver new capabilities that meet or exceed user requirements. Additionally, the WSO provides a pathway for the rapid utilization of commercial geospatial collection platforms, tools, and data in support of unique and urgent warfighter needs. The WSO also collaborates across

both the NGA enterprise and the Department of Defense (DoD) Combatant Commands to provide quick-reaction capability prototypes, tools, analysis, and studies.

 

We are seeking a Program Manager to support the efforts at the National Geospatial Agency (NGA).

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management and oversight of all activities performed by contractor personnel, including subcontractors, under this program
  • Analyze deliverables and design a reporting structure that will track progress of all deliverables, as well as logistics deadlines, and serve to inform the COR and ACOR/TPOC on the overall support contract. The report structure shall be approved by the CO and COR and modified as necessary during the contract period.
  • Provide program management and technical support for all required demonstrations, software prototypes, technical exchanges, technical studies, conference support and related activities as directed.
  • Perform all required travel to accomplish these tasks and work with other Mission Partners as directed to ensure that all WSO related capabilities are fully exploited wherever possible.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of Program Management experience for Intelligence Community programs.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of GEOINT Program Management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business related discipline.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAWIA Program Management Level III certification.
  • Experience working with Intelligence Community IT migration and data analysis projects.

 

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance required

 

Travel Requirements:

  • CONUS and/or OCONUS Travel may be required as needed by the government customer
