SUMMARY

CNSP is looking for IT Specialists. These will support the Acquisition Writing and Management System development and deployment. Working hand in hand with the Senior Project Manager and INSCOM stakeholders, including but not limited to GISS, the IT Specialist will ensure the network is configured correctly, applications are deployed on schedule, the new system and users have an appropriate user account structure, and system maintenance is tracked and logged for reference and audits.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and managing a dedicated group email inbox to answer questions and managing user account requests,
  • Supporting new processes and SOP’s for updating and maintaining the Acquisition Writing and Management System,
  • Programming and working with PEGA, Alfresco, TAMR, and Power BI as needed to make modifications, updates, and develop reports as needed for users and leadership,
  • Monitoring data feeds for visualizations and reporting efforts,
  • Updating Power BI (and other visualizations as needed) with updated data daily,
  • Developing visual dashboards for users and leadership based on customer needs and data visualization best practices,
  • Working with TAMR tools to set up Artificial Intelligence algorithms, polling’s, and risk alert metrics,
  • Providing ad-hoc reports/data as requested,
  • Attending training as requested,
  • Developing training material and SOP’s as requested;
  • The IT Specialist will manage these tasking’s on both the Classified and Unclassified networks at the direction of the Senior PM and/or the PM. To fully support this effort, each specialist will also be responsible for undertaking ad-hoc tasks from leadership which may be temporary or ongoing

 

Supervisory/Management Authority:

  • This position will not have supervisory or management authority.

 

Education and/or Experience:

  • Candidates must be US Citizens.
  • Candidates must have an active and current  SECRET clearance and/or a TS/SCI clearance is preferred. 
  • Candidates will be undergo a US government federal background investigation and must be able to favorable pass a drug test.
  • Minimum of one (1) Year of experience in managing IT systems, programming, application development, business process management tools, and data visualizations
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields in IT and/or 4 years of experience in these fields can be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree)
  • Candidates must have IT Data certifications which they will be required to present as requested and/or one (1) year of experience in the above field can be substituted for IT Data certifications.
  • Travel within CONUS may be required to attend clients meetings at AWI located at or near Ft Belvoir, VA, the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) located near Charlottesville, VA, and Army Contracting Command-Warren, located at Warren, MI

Desired Additional Experiences:

  • Experience working with PEGA, Alfresco, TAMR, and Power BI
  • Experience developing, implementing, and training on SOP’s

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Must have the ability to work remotely during normal business hours and provide updates as needed.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily remote work, however, the government may host and require attendance at clients meetings and events.
