The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is an agency in the United States Department of Defense, with more than 26,000 civilian and military personnel throughout the world. Located in 48 states and 28 countries, DLA provides supplies to the military services and supports their acquisition of weapons, repair parts, and other materials.

The DLA is in need of Management Analyst to aid in their mission.


  • Provide support to resolve issues and contribute to on-going need of the organization
  • Be proactive and develop a thorough understanding of DLA business processes
  • Reviews routine and repetitive processes and conducts surveys and limited studies to resolve issues or operational problems in the functional areas under the contract.
  • Reconcile EBS Real Property inventory in accordance with DLA, Air Force and DoD regulations
  • Plan/coordinate project scheduling and other administrative tasks
  • Support Air Force RPOs with researching/reviewing/updating ISSA, MOA’s and rights of access
  • Assist in development of presentations, job aids, guidebooks and manuals


  • Completion of a BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics or a closely related field or similar discipline,
  • 1 – 4 years professional business experience preferably in a federal setting
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and working knowledge of SharePoint Software
  • Good attention to detail with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and a federal background check (NACI Eligibility) is required.
