We are looking for an experienced Master Scheduler/Lead Project Manager to work with Customs and Border Protection, CBP.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Lead Project Manager supporting work on the agency Mobile Work Transition Team to ensure their success.
  • Work closely with all facilities management leadership to ensure smooth project execution
  • Will act as a Federal Project Executive on behalf of the agency
  • Will be the go-to person for all high level briefings and will interact with senior leadership on a daily basis
  • Responsible for putting together and managing Master Schedules

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 7 years of Project Management experience within a federal organization is required.
  • Requires a strong understanding of schedule management & development, master planning, overall understanding Federal Program Requirements, Risk Management and working with Program leaders and Team Members to identify quick solutions
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills (both oral & written) are a must
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Expertise in MS Project or Project Management Software (Primavera or other)
  • Must have extensive knowledge and experience with Integrated Master Scheduling

Desired:

  • A Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Organizational Management or a related field is highly desired.
  • A Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is desired
  • Primavera Desired

Additionally, Required:

  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Have the ability to pass a full DHS Security background investigation & a drug screen
