SUMMARY

The Maximo Analyst (Junior Specialist) shall be available to function as consultant experts and perform functions related to researching, implementing and managing building technologies in FMS including but not limited to Maximo, smart metering, CMMS, data archiving, and building data integration.  The contractor shall also provide support for training, including creating training material, assist with preforming analytics, research new technology as needed, and consult on hardware requirements and configuration needs for FMS’ building technologies’ needs. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

  • The Maximo Analyst/Junior Specialist requires an understanding and working knowledge of Maximo and can quickly pick up additional Maximo, SharePoint, database, reporting and building technology skills.
  • Additionally, this position will have to have a working knowledge of workflows in Maximo and this position may need to train users on using building technologies.
  • As this position, works with building representatives it may be necessary to travel to do so.

EDUCATON AND EXPERIENCE

  • BS or advanced degree in preferably in IT, engineering or mechanical engineering related discipline from an accredited university.
  • 2 years directly related experience in technologies used in FMS, or 1 years of direct experience, an advanced degree or applicable certification.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

 Controlled climate office environment.
