The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Office for State, Tribal, Local and Territorial Support (OSTLTS) supports cross-agency activities and efforts to improve public health at the state, tribal, local and territorial levels by building capacity in public health infrastructure and practice, resource and asset management, performance and accountability, workforce development and shared leadership to improve public health outcomes.

OSTLTS is in need of a Management Analyst/Consultant to aid in their mission for Partnership Development, Stakeholder Management, and Issues Management.


  • Support OSTLTS in developing and fostering partnerships through consultation, technical assistance, and training on program and project implementation with internal and external groups.
  • Research and develop responses to issues and inquiries.
  • Assist with planning, development, and execution of standard operating procedures and improvements on cross-cutting priority areas, such as project officer development, CDC field staff development, and overall grants optimization.
  • Coordinate, facilitate, and report on plans and actions for/from select agency-wide workgroup activities.


  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 10+ years' experience in various aspects of gathering and analyzing data and putting the data into a reporting format or experience with responsibility for tracking specific data, monitoring data, analyzing data and putting data into a report.
  • Previous experience with CDC OSTLTS programs, policies and procedures highly desired
