Part Time Contract Specialist IV, Lakewood, CO (ID#12775)

We are looking for a part time Contract Specialist IV to help support the efforts at NPS.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct acquisition planning and market research
  • Prepare solicitation, contract, and task order documents for execution by the Contracting Officer.
  • Complete distribution.
  • Coordinate technical evaluation panels and source selection activities for Best Value selection process. Assist the Contracting Officer as Source Selection Authority.
  • Negotiate sole source requirements.  Obtain and use certified and other than certified cost and pricing data.
  • Determine fair and reasonable pricing.
  • Perform contract administration duties as required to manage contracts professionally.
  • Review payment requests for compliance with contract requirements.
  • Complete contract closeout activities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 10 plus years of experience in contracting for government agencies
