CN3S is looking for a Situational Role Player to provide essential training experience to Soldiers by realistically, accurately, and convincingly portraying Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and Counterintelligence (CI) sources in a variety of role-playing scenarios, in diversified settings and environments, such as practical, and situational exercises.

This position will assist the 111th Military Intelligence (MI) Brigade (BDE), 309th MI Battalion (BN) and Non-Commissioned Officers Academy (NCOA) at Fort Huachuca, AZ.

The 111th Military Intelligence (MI) Brigade (BDE), 309th MI Battalion (BN) and Non-Commissioned Officers Academy (NCOA) at Fort Huachuca conducts training courses with situational based scenarios designed to simulate realistic wartime conditions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Under direct supervision by the Role Player Coordinator, the Role Player will play various positions, and/or groups of people representing possible situations in the execution of training scenarios for units conducting training
  • Proficient in the English language, able to communicate effectively with Team Leaders, and capable of following verbal directions in English from the testing lane Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge NCOIC).May perform other duties that may be assigned
  • Conducts communications in English and meet oral, written, and conversational grammar requirements in accordance with the training scenario
  • Realistically, accurately and convincingly portray HUMINT and CI sources in a variety of role playing scenarios, in diversified settings and environments, such as practical, situational exercises
  • Memorize critical data contained in each role
  • Remain sufficiently familiar with each role as to portray assigned role with little reliance on or referral to the role script
  • Convey information and data in response to students’ correct and proper interview skills, questioning and/or elicitation techniques, in accordance with Government provided references, procedures and forms

 

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma is required; some college experience is strongly desired
  • A minimum of two (2) years of related experience is required
  • Direct experience with situational training in a military setting is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to realistically articulate and convey the required characteristics and roles as they are assigned
  • Physically able to walk and/or stand for long periods of time 
  • Comfortable with working outside in all weather and withstand all elements (e.g. rain, wind, heat, snow, humidity, etc.)
  • An ACTIVE SECRET clearance is mandatory
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and federal background check is required
