The job of a Plumbing foreman will consist of but will not be limited to coordination of daily jobsite activities, supervising assigned skilled trades people, implementing local codes and all Safety guidelines set forth by the company.


Includes the following (Other duties may be assigned):

  • Be competent person on jobsite.
  • Take OSHA 30 hr course within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Is CPR certified
  • Attend internal turnover meeting for proper planning and information to be relayed.
  • Enforce all company safety policies, and all General Contractor Requirements for the workplace.
  • Coordinate with General Contractor to ensure all field activities abide by internal schedules as well as jobsite schedules set forth at the beginning of the project.
  • Have the ability to understand and interpret blue print drawings, and jobsite specifications to ensure proper installation of all products.
  • Oversee the installation of all products to ensure they are done to the highest standards, and make sure production goals are set.
  • Be able to determine the needs of required labor, material needs of the specific task, and the tools required to do such task.
  • Fill out and maintain a proper jobsite log to ensure the best interest of the company.  Also be able to fill out and be able to accurately portray a schedule for manpower up to three weeks in advance.
  • Perform proper testing per company and local jurisdictions requirements. 
  • Ensure that all materials are delivered and maintained to ensure a safe working space.
  • Coordinate the equipment startup with the proper equipment vendors.
  • Attend regular scheduled jobsite and internal meetings.
  • Maintain proper as built drawings through course of the project.
  • Maintain all coordination with other tradesman.
  • Attend all necessary training classes.
  • Must be able to read and determine blue prints.
  • Performs other duties as required.



Manage multiple projects without having direct supervisory responsibilities.


High School Diploma or equivalent. Journeyman license in trade specific field or minimal 7 years experience.


  • Must pass required Drug Screen
  • Must pass required Background Check
  • Must have valid driver license


Must be able to: Stand or walk for long periods of time during a regular work day; use arms and hands to reach for, handle and manipulate objects; lift and carry materials weighing 50 to 100 pounds; climb up and down ladders, scaffolds and other climbing devices; carry tools and equipment; work while in stooped, kneeling, crouched, and crawling positions; be able to see naturally or with correction, to safely perform designated tasks.
