Project Analyst – Junior St. Inigoes, MD (Webster Field) (ID# 13218)

Cherokee Nation Business is looking for a Project Analyst to support the Advanced Concepts & Rapid Acquisition (AC&RT) 4.11.6 division within Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division and is located in St. Inigoes, MD.   


  • Assists with the preparation of budgets for government projects. 
  • Assists in the examination of project budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations. 
  • Assists in analyzing budgeting and accounting reports, and monitoring post-award contracts.
  • Understanding of CLINs, ACRNs, contract mods, and use of EDA/Navy ERP to monitor funds applied through execution, and Shared Data Warehouse. 
  • Assist with planning requirements for rapid response systems, program initiatives, and project plan to include cost, schedule & performance.
  • Prepare the acquisition documentation to support government acquisition strategy for the government project.  
  • Experience with NAVAIR project and contract control tools such as Navy ERP to manage and report on contracts.


  • Minimum three (3) years of experience and relevant BA/BS or MA/MS degree in finance or related field. 
  • In lieu of degree, at least five (5) years of relevant experience, with at least two (2) years of experience in Navy ERP.
