Program Analyst Washington, DC (ID#14368)
The Program Analyst will provide extensive office program support involving a wide-range of complex staff issues in support of Department of State Family Liaison Office (FLO) contractors located in multiple time zones around the globe.   Support to contractors will include travel approvals, booking, expense reporting, and invoice tracking.  



  • Provide program support/services for Family Liaison Office (FLO) contractors to include travel arrangement, travel approvals, post-travel invoicing, expense reporting, and monthly invoicing
  • Provide support to individuals assigned to Department of State contracts that involve phone, email and personal communications.
  • Track contracts and employees in an office database.
  • Maintain and organize electronic files. This includes working with the internal shared drive and uploading documents to SharePoint.
  • Track Task Order Request for Proposals (TORP) and monitor for process completion to government submittal
  • Develop job descriptions for recruitment actions
  • Initiate personnel recruitment actions
  • Initiate vendor setup actions
  • Initiate subcontractor agreement actions
  • Initiate, complete and track security clearance actions (PCLs, VARs)
  • Review for approval DOS employee timesheets
  • Internal information and database management
  • Initiates and tracks all work process flow instances in Agilepoint
  • Coordinates business support for CNMS across CNB departments
  • Interacts daily with recruiting, FSO, procurement/vendor setup
  • Supply management (business cards, misc. etc.)
  • Assist Program Mangers as needed
  • Performs other job related duties as required.


  • No supervisory or management authority.

Bachelor’s Degree in related field and have experience and demonstrated ability in working with computer database systems and the Microsoft Office Suite programs. SharePoint experience preferred. AgilePoint preferred. Secret Clearance required.


  • Must be customer-service oriented, dependable, attentive to detail and willing to assist other team members, as workloads require.
  • Ability to interact with Foreign Service Officers, Civil Servants, and Contractor staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and adhere to short deadlines. Must have strong organization skills.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to prepare professional emails quickly.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks that arise.
  • Must be willing to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
