SUMMARY

Primary responsibility will be managing and implementing all aspects of the contract's requirements and coordinating the activities and schedules of project managers located centrally and at each National Processing Centers (NPC).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes the following:

  • Oversee the Contract Management Leadership team.
  • Supervise, direct, and coordinate the activities and schedules of Program Managers and Leadership Team
  • Oversee quality and production / performance goals for assigned staff and monitor staff-level performance.
  • Shall be the single Point of Contact (POC) with Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC) Headquarters and NPC management team(s) and appropriate Agency contract staff.
  • Will set project deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor overall cost, schedule, and performance of the services delivered under this solicitation.
  • Shall prepare and provide regular performance and production reports for OFLC Headquarters management team and assigned OFLC Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), identify issues or risks to meeting contract requirements, and propose innovative solutions or recommendations designed to continually improve program effectiveness and efficiency. In the event of contractual or performance issues that negatively impact case process and/or production, the Project Director shall submit an impact report to the Contracting Officer and the COR.
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY

Directs the work of others and has decision making responsibilities which will impact the project.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s of Science degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent. Certifications in multiple technology areas are a significant plus and 8 Years Supervisory/Management experience.  MBA is preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Must have a strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work is performed in a climate controlled office environment.
