Job Description:

The Program Manager shall possess experience in providing acquisition and business operations support services. The Program Manager will managing large-scale government projects, be familiar with government policies and procedures, possess good supervisor, analytical, and have excellent time management skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Deliverables):
Includes the following:

  • The PM shall have full authority to act and speak for the Contractor on all matters relating to operation of this contract.
  • The PM or alternate shall be available between normal duty hours to meet or discuss issues with the COR or other contracting professionals during performance of this contract.
  • The PM will be responsible for ensuring quality control of the program.
  • Shall develop and submit monthly status reports to the customer and management.

Supervisory/Management Authority:

  • PM shall have the ability and experience to effectively manage up to 40 FTEs in various locations throughout the CONUS.

Education and/or Experience:

  • At least five (5) years within the last ten (10) years managing a team of DoD acquisition professionals in all aspects of service and supply procurements.
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Shall have the ability to proficiently communicate in the English language

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

  • Knowledge of the FAR, DFARS, AFARS, and other DoD procurement regulations and policies.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft products (Word, Excel)
  • Must possess a Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain SCI

Work Environment: 

  • Work will be performed primarily in a climate controlled office environment.
  • May require occasional lifting or moving of items up to 25 lbs.
