The Property Specialist is responsible for the Asset Management portfolio and is accountable for all residential and non-residential furniture, furnishings, appliances and equipment (FFA&E). The Property Specialist performs a wide range of Property and Logistical functions to include but not limited to conducting inventories and technical inspections; barcoding; receiving; scheduling; tracking; log book auditing; and disposition processing. The Property Specialist ensures adherence to all regulatory requirements, policies and procedures.



  • Responsible for all Property log books, authorizations, and amendments
  • Conduct inventories and technical inspections of residential and non-residential assets
  • Ensures assets are properly tagged and accounted for in all residences
  • Facilitate turn-in and disposal of excess or damaged assets
  • Schedule and attend furniture and appliance deliveries, repairs, and movements
  • Monitor the Property metrics to maintain compliance with performance and quality standards
  • Perform customer service functions by assisting with client requests and questions via email, phone, and in person communication
  • Follow up and provide feedback with all tasks in a timely manner without being prompted
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness with all reports, assignments, and tasks before submission
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Company Rules, Regulations, and Policies
  • Responsible for Property Department’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Perform other duties as assigned



  • Completion of Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or similar. Experience may be substituted for required Education.
  • A minimum of 3 years UAE experience as a Property Specialist or equivalent in Property, Purchasing, or contracting industry is required. UAE experience is preferred
  • Level IV (Fluent) Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required
  • Must have demonstrated computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must exercise good organizational and time management skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
