SUMMARY – Tulsa, OK (ID#12922)

The candidate will work closely with the Project Management Office, Sr. Government Security Manager, Risk Management team and Program Operations Lead to ensure efficient day to day operations of the effort. The candidate will be expected to establish and grow effective internal / external relationships that promote the safety and security of company personnel, facilities, assets and interests. The candidate will be responsible for enforcing requirements, restrictions and other safeguards in order to prevent the loss of property and assets of the program as well as the Operations, Physical and Personal Security and Safety of employees. The candidate will support the implementation and maintenance of international operating protocols based on lessons learned and best practices; assist with the incident response during work and off hours (on a rotating basis); collect metrics, and support business-minded and risk-managed crisis management preparedness. The candidate will serve as the main point of contact for all subcontracts related to on-site and in-country physical and personal security / safety. U.S. Citizenship status is required

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must possess operational experience in operations security, crisis management, emergency management planning and response, intelligence analysis, or international security management.
  • Provide direct supervision and management of all security contractors, including schedules, daily operations and performance.
  • Evaluate security and compliance measures for equipment and logistic storage locations / warehouses. Provide written evaluation and conformance to minimum security requirements.
  • Evaluate security and compliance measures at facilities where installations are to occur. Coordinate with local security stakeholders and personnel to provide necessary risk mitigation measures in accordance with risk and program requirements.
  • Provide written and tangible policies, templates and procedures for implementing and assessing security risk associated with all phase of program execution.
  • Provide continual direct oversight of security procedures, compliance and performance for all 3rd party subcontractors, vendors and applicable customer facilities.
  • Provide written risk mitigation plans and measures when minimum security criteria cannot be met for any operational or personnel area.
  • Directly oversee the implementation of risk mitigation measures, actions or necessary contractors to meet compliance objectives.
  • Coordinate and have oversight of international travel and assist with program requirements to the region: logistics, objectives, program information, communications activities and security concerns.
  •  Conduct and provide briefings, travel warnings, track in-country movement and other information for the region.
  • Support and contribute to the strategic business processes for the international effort; to include strategic planning, employee communications, budget management, international offices and facilities modifications, expansions and closures; other activities as required
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned by the Sr. Government Security Manager or Program Operations Lead
  • Must be willing and able to travel out of state and country to support business objectives
  • Must be willing to work extended/irregular hours to support international effort

 

SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY

This position will have supervisory authority.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree with preferred majors in Business Management, Security Management, Criminal Justice, or other related field is required
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Operations Security Level II certification is desired

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Spanish preferred

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Telecommuting acceptable. Domestic and International Travel required up to 50%.
