CNSP is looking for a SENIOR CONSULTANT to work remotely The Senior Consultant will work with the Technical Lead in building the Acquisitions Writing and Management System. The Senior Consultant will attend daily scrum meetings, providing technical support to the Lead and meeting with stakeholders as needed to capture requirements, provide training, and discussing design and functionality. The Senior Consultant will develop the Acquisition Writing and Management System using PEGA, Alfresco, TAMR, Power BI and other tools/software as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following:

  • Updating schedules and attending daily scrum meetings,
  • Attending meetings with stakeholders to capture/update stories and brief on platform development status and designs,
  • Tracking stories and development in JIRA or similar tools,
  • Providing best practices and recommendations on process, design, and all things operations,
  • Developing and writing User Manuals, SOP’s and Process Maps;
  • The Consultant will also perform ad-hoc tasks as needed by the Lead and the PM to ensure the timely deployment of the Acquisition Writing and Management System.


Supervisory/Management Authority:

  • This position may have supervisory or management authority as delegated by the PM

Education and/or Experience:

  • Candidates must be US Citizens.
  • Candidates must have a current and active SECRET clearance and/or a TS/SCI security clearance is preferred.
  • Candidates will be undergo a US government federal background investigation and must be able to favorable pass a drug screen.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and/or university in computer science, IT technology including project management and/or a Master’s degree in any of these subject matters with a Master’s degree highly desired.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience developing and coding within PEGA and Alfresco, supporting IT systems, application development, business process management tools, and data visualizations
  • Experience working with PEGA, Alfresco
  • IT Data certifications
  • Experience working with TAMR and Power BI highly desired
  • Experience developing, implementing, and training on SOPs highly desired


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience with TAMR and Power BI
  • Experience developing, implementing, and training on SOPs
  • Candidates must have the skills and ability to interface with US government federal sector and military clients on an as needed basis

Work Environment:

  • Work will be performed in a controlled US federal government office environment and/or on a US military installation in CONUS.
