CNSP is looking for a Senior Project Manager who will provide guidance to the overall schedule and implementation of Army INSCOM’s Acquisition Writing and Management System. Working with stakeholders from multiple INSCOM divisions, the Sr. PM will ensure all stakeholder input is taken into consideration as the system is designed and implemented

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Capturing requirements
  • Developing project schedules
  • Updating schedules daily
  • Providing regular reports to leadership
  • Managing the RMF process (coordinating with both vendors, security, and other agencies that may have documentation to speed up the process)
  • Managing software licensing and deployment
  • Managing developers
  • Designing and making updates to PEGA, Alfresco, TAMR, and Power BI as needed
  • Creating new processes, SOP’s, and tools to manage and support the system
  • While monitoring the agile development of all tools and applications, the Sr. PM will alert leadership to any changes in scope or schedule providing recommendations on the best course of action and how to mitigate against these changes moving forward.
  • The Senior PM will also work with stakeholders to capture desired areas for measurement in order to align fields captured in the BPM tool with INSCOM’s data, risk analysis, and visualization efforts.


Supervisory/Management Authority:

  • This position will have supervisory or management authority

Education and/or Experience:

  • Candidates must be US Citizens.
  • Candidates must have an active and current SECRET Clearance and/or a TS/SCI security clearance is preferred.
  • Candidates will undergo a US government federal background investigation and must be able to favorable pass a drug test.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and/or university in computer science, IT technology including project management and/or a Master’s degree in any of these subject matters is preferred.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Project Management
  • Candidates must have an active and current PMP certification and will be ask to present it during the recruitment phase of this project.
  • Candidates must have experience in IT Applications Development/Deployment in the US government Federal Sector
  • Travel within CONUS may be required to client’s sites as needed meetings at AWI located at or near Ft Belvoir, VA, the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) located near Charlottesville, VA, and Army Contracting Command-Warren, located at Warren, MI
  • Candidates having professional experience working with PEGA, Alfresco, TAMR, and Power BI is desired


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Candidates must have the skills and ability to interface with managerial and executive US government federal sector authorities and military clients on an as needed basis.


Work Environment:

Work will be performed in a controlled US federal government office environment and/or on a US military installation in CONUS.
