SUMMARY

At least 3 years of experience in construction, including experience in a leadership role as a Foreman, Assistant Superintendent/Assistant Construction Manager, with QC and safety experience, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Field Supervision of contractors
  • Hands on attitude that will require work in the field and in the office
  • Coordination of inspections of work in place
  • Collecting and filling out daily field reports, daily quality reports, and safety reports
  • Knowledge in construction methods and materials with focus on concrete construction, environmental construction, storm water repairs, and site layout
  • Communication with clients
  • Set an example on-site regarding safety policies and project specific policies

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3 years construction supervisory experience
  • Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
  • OSHA Safety training, a plus (10 or 30 hour)
  • USACE/NAVFAC QCM-C Certification a plus
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
    • Reliable transportation
    • Comply with company Motor Vehicle Policy

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel) a MUST
