The Defense Health Agency (DHA), our client, is a Combat Support Agency (CSA) responsible for supporting joint operating forces across the range of military operations and in support of combatant commanders executing military operations. The DHA supports the delivery of integrated, affordable, and high quality health services throughout the Military Health System (MHS). It executes the Department’s medical mission, manages the execution of policy issued by the ASD(HA) and serves as the program manager for TRICARE health and medical resources. In doing so, the DHA supports the goals of efficiency, readiness, and deployed operations.

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized candidate that is well-versed in the principles of survey methodology and has experience with Survey Monkey or similar survey facilitation tools. The candidate should excel at interpreting complex information and developing user-friendly, easy to read visual solutions, in coordination with the team’s graphic designer.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Team Lead by providing assistance with delegating tasks, mentoring personnel, assist in helping resolve dysfunctional behavior and maintain motivation and performance levels, as well as identify and report potential site issues to the Project Manager (PM), as appropriate. The incumbent should lead by setting a good example; acting as a role model.
  • Ensure that all staff are aware of client expectations, contract requirements, and CNA protocols and corporate resources
  • Review and edit deliverables submitted by staff for accuracy of content and format, in addition to reviewing and updating contract deliverable trackers and ensure all discrepancies are rectified in a timely manner
  • Prepare monthly reports for various workgroups (WGs), and a Monthly Progress Report for PM’s review, and assist Government representatives and the PM in workflow management for PWS requirements; coordinate with PM if additional resources are needed
  • Responsible for survey design, writing and/or editing survey questions, reviewing data on a continual basis to ensure quality, preparing survey data for client delivery, communicating and supporting clients throughout the survey process via email and by phone, and develop briefings of survey data relevant and pertinent to objective and comfortable providing oral presentations to multiple clients
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, each of which may be in different stages of the survey process, and work directly with the team’s graphic designer to develop infographics pertaining to survey results.
  • Assist with the design, production, and publishing of communications and marketing materials including: newsletters, brochures, logos, posters, flyers, photography, and videography
  • Provide logistical and administrative support to high-level meetings including facilitation and creation of meeting materials, track all assigned one-time and recurring tasks, and manage, coordinate, track and assist in guiding the progress of, multiple special projects and activities with varying timelines and due dates, while ensuring all contract deliverables are satisfactorily met
  • Other tasks as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; or, equivalent knowledge gained thorough technical courses and extensive work experience
  • Proficient in conducting data analysis such as gathering and analyzing questionnaire survey data pertaining to customer utilization and satisfaction
  • Proficient in SurveyMonkey, MS Office, and MS SharePoint
