CNSP is looking for a CNSP is looking for a Systems Engineer-Senior to support the Army Geospatial Center with technical services for future expeditionary space ground station prototype support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate requirements with government oversight and assure alignment of mission needs with requirements
  • Work across office and contractor boundaries to develop rapports required to achieve a positive experience for customers.
  • Provide system architecture planning, analysis, design, and support for Multi-purpose and, as required, geospatially-enabled systems that DCGS-A supports.
  • Assist with implementation strategies and work toward the development and implementation of a multi-int system pilot to integrate and interoperate with current intelligence systems and architectures.
  • Provide System Engineering support to a multi-int system pilot implementation to conduct analysis and develop recommendations regarding System and Network Architectures testing during integration and test events.
  • Analysis and identify interoperable acquisition systems and components, potential data, and technology conflicts. Assess the consequences of these conflicts and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments; document data flows, and process flows; and identify resource requirements including primary resources, secondary resources, ancillary systems, personnel resources, facility resources, and communications resources

Supervisory/Management Authority:

This position may have supervisory or management authority responsibilities.

 

Education and/or Experience:

  • Candidates MUST be US Citizens
  • Candidates must have an active and current TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Candidates will be required to undergo a US Federal government background investigation and must favorably pass a drug screen.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in the fields of Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Technology though a Master's degree in any of these fields of study are preferred
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 10-plus years' experience in Systems Engineering and/or Analysis
  • The successful candidate will possess strong fundamental systems engineering/analysis skill-sets and competencies.
  • Understanding of GEOINT and SIGINT capabilities
  • Knowledge of Army TENCAP mission/operations
  • Experience in process engineering, improvement, and process workflow
  • Ability to develop and present effective technical presentations
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications,

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experience with SIGINT analysis
  • Knowledge of SIGINT GEOINT fusion analysis
  • Knowledge of Collection Requirements

 

Work Environment:

  • This position is primarily performed in a secured federal and/or military installation office setting, a controlled office environment as well as working outside in a construction site field environment.
