CNSP is recruiting an Administrative Assistant (Junior Program Analyst) for USAID to provide administrative support to one of its departments.



Includes the following:

  • Provides administrative support to approximately 30 employees.
  • Produces documents and integrates data from multiple platforms and software programs.
  • Provides organizational and logistical support, including with travel arrangements and meetings or events.
  • Assists with coordination of space and equipment requirements.
  • Provides guidance and assistance to staff on administrative issues.
  • Provides other administrative support as required.



  • This position does not have any managerial and/or supervisory authority.



  • Candidates must be US Citizens
  • Candidates will be subject to a US federal government background investigation and drug screen.
  • Must have as a minimum a High School diploma and/or a GED
  • A minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience in administrative support.



  • Demonstrated ability to produce professional documents using software including with Microsoft PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel and Google Docs
  • Must be available to meet with Government on a regular basis, as defined by customer
  • Working-level of business Spanish is desirable.



  • Work will be in a controlled and secured office environment in a US government installation located in the D.C. Metro area.
