Supports Cherokee Nation Management & Consulting’s client, the 75th Civil Engineer Squadron at Hill AFB, Utah. Supports the project engineer, planners, and programmers in development of requirements, cost estimating, design reviews, post-acquisition construction management, and document support. Facility Condition Assessments and other activities as assigned as the on-site quality assurance representative for the customer. Fosters communication between the 75 CES, Architectural & Engineering firms, Hill AFB customers, Construction Contractors, the CNMC project delivery team, and other key stakeholders. Interacts with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, review designs/specifications, and provide feedback to project engineers. Communicates with project manager, engineering technicians, client representative, contractor’s representative and others as applicable regarding the construction site, project requirements, and testing, observation, and inspection requirements and results. Conducts quality assurance reviews during construction of facilities. Interacts with key stakeholders to identify potential deficiencies, value added opportunities, and resolve conflicts. Tabulate, prepare, and submit data and observations in the form of written and digital reports as work is performed for transmittal to the Project Manager. Prepares reports of findings and provides recommendations to 75 CES personnel. Conducts Post-Award Construction support activities by facilitating meetings, developing technical presentations, and may perform enterprise business system data entry for assigned projects, as required. Personnel will participate in planning/design charrette activities; review/oversight of Contractor work in progress; and quality assurance/quality control and provide observations and recommendations to the Government.
