Provide on-site technical expertise and capability for Operations, Campaign,

and Strategic Assessments, and ORSA and DS/A in support of assessments to enable senior leaders to make well-informed decisions for matters regarding strategy, planning, risk, resourcing, and contingency operations in the USCENTCOM AOR. Decisions are typically related to making, or advocating for, adjustments to plans, policy, resources and authorities. Provide Operations Assessment, Campaign Assessment, and Strategic Assessment support to Joint Operations Planning. Likewise, the contractor shall provide ORSA and DS/A, and use of analytic techniques in both traditional and innovative ways, to support Joint Operations Planning with respect to assessments.



Support the program by providing, guidance, and technical assistance as follows: 

  • Work independently or lead a small team in conducting analysis in support of assessments with high visibility, unusual urgency or program criticality; requiring a variety of OR techniques and tools.
  • Communicate, prepare correspondence and presentations at the 4-Star General Officer level
  • Develop and support, or direct others in developing and supporting, new analytic capabilities as requirements evolve within the command for assessments.
  • Integrate, or direct others in integrating, analytical applications/software programs and Microsoft applications to support assessments.
  • Develop, or direct others in developing, data management tools to support statistical/predictive analysis, developing and managing DCMP, developing tools, methods and processes for data collection.
  • This position is classified as Mission Essential



This position does not have any Supervisory/Management authority.




  • Candidates Must be US Citizens
  • Candidates must have a current and active TS/SCI clearance
  • Candidates will be subject to a US federal government background investigation and be able to favorably pass a drug screen.
  • Candidates will be expected to travel CONUS and OCONUS
  • Candidates must have a valid and up to date US Passport whose expiration date is at least for one year and/or more.
  • The position shall be staffed by individuals with comprehensive operations assessment and OR experience and hold a master’s degree in OR or related field.
  • 5 years of assessments experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience of operations assessment and OR experience on a Combatant Command (COCOMS) staff or equivalent at the O-5 level equivalent or higher.


  • Communicate, prepare correspondence and presentations at the 4-Star General Officer level


The work is done in a controlled office in a US government environment on a US military installation.
