SUMMARY

The Real Property Specialist will support Cherokee Nation Management & Consulting’s client, the 60th Civil Engineer Squadron at Travis AFB, California by providing on-site Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) and deliverables.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes the following:

  • Utilize ACES-RP (Real Property)/AF NEXGEN IT (Tririga) to maintain and update installation facility records, including correction of discrepancies discovered during records review and inspections, and to run monthly inventory detail listing (7115 report).
  • Support real property management including maintenance of a 5-year physical cyclical inventory/inspection plan for installation facilities.
  • Maintain journal log of all changes to Real Property Records and issue change reports to identified 60 CES personnel on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain and update hard-copy facility folders for all installation facilities. All existing hard copy facility folders must be converted to six part folders (provided by the government) and meet filing and content required to comply with Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) initiative.
  • Performs other job-related duties as required.

 

SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY

  • No management of others or supervisory roles

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in a relevant degree, is highly desired.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real property activities at installation level.
  • Three years of experience working closely with US military/DoD personnel providing advisory and assistance services for complex programs.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Air Force NACI/SF85 for unescorted access to controlled areas.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Work will be performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
