CN3S is seeking a Service Call Desk Associate to support the mission needs of the Department of State, Bureau of Administration, Office of Operations, Office of Facilities Management Services (A/OPR/FMS).



Includes the following:

  • Answer telephones and take service calls from building occupants
  • Meet and greets clients and visitors
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office and perform general clerical work
  • Input data into computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) including service calls
  • Request for work authorizations (RWA) to dispatch technicians who maintain the facility.
  • Other duties as assigned.






  • HS diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative and receptionist experience



  • Ability to obtain and maintain active Secret clearance. Current Active Secret preferred.
  • Must have excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally (in common English narration) and in writing (to include technical documentation).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure and tight deadlines, work independently and work in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, other applicable database and office automation products, to include Adobe Pro.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment as needed.



  • Work performed in a climate-controlled office environment
